Dr. Dooreck is board-certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He is the physician behind Healthcare Governance and Medical Infrastructure for UHNW families and the advisory firms that serve them.
Healthcare Governance is the strategy. Medical Infrastructure is the system that executes it.

After nineteen years in private practice — inside the system, watching how it actually works — he left the partnership to build what wealth management, family offices, and private advisors have consistently overlooked.
