Most ultra-high-net-worth families have built sophisticated financial infrastructure. They have built security infrastructure. Healthcare decisions remain ungoverned, reactive, fragmented, and unstructured until a crisis forces the question.
After nineteen years in private practice, inside the system, watching how it actually works, he left the partnership to build what wealth management, family offices, and private advisors have consistently overlooked. Healthcare is the one pillar of a family's infrastructure that remains ungoverned. It is also the only one that can end everything else overnight.
This is not concierge medicine. Concierge medicine provides local access to primary care within a limited geography. It does not govern. It does not intervene at the institutional level. It does not reach the Chief of Neurosurgery on a Sunday or establish jurisdictional control when a principal is in crisis three time zones away.

Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital, Center for Liver Diseases. Internal Medicine Residency and Chief Residency at Mount Sinai West and Mount Sinai Morningside, a Columbia University teaching hospital. Medical degree from the Gray School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. Post-baccalaureate at the Harvard School of Public Health. Undergraduate at Stony Brook University.
