Executive Health Navigation is a physician-founded Healthcare Governance firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families and the advisory firms that serve them.

Healthcare Governance is the authority to direct healthcare decisions for a household — established before a crisis and exercised during one. Medical Infrastructure is the system that executes it. Private Healthcare Navigation is delivered this way.

Often sought under terms such as patient advocate, healthcare navigator, medical care coordinator, concierge medicine, or executive health. Executive Health Navigation is none of these. Every competitor coordinates, provides access, or responds. None of them governs.

Founded by Brian Dooreck, MD, Founder and President. Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
